  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock issues, customers will be notified.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Goa: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India (if applicable): 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or unexpected delays

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location, order size, and courier service.

  • Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (optional).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a message/email with tracking details (if tracking is available).

  • For local Goa deliveries handled by our internal team, tracking updates may be given manually via phone or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier partner may attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

 Chikuti Store is not liable for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Additional charges caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Report it to us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and product

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. In-Store Pickup

Customers may choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup will be available during store working hours

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for collection

  • Please bring your order confirmation or ID for verification
