1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Order is Processed/Dispatched

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched.

 If cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders)

  • No cancellation fee will be charged

b. After Order is Processed/Dispatched

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • The refund will be credited to the original method of payment

5. Order Cancellation by Chikuti Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order appears incomplete or suspicious

  • There are payment or verification issues

  • Technical or system errors occur

In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified promptly

  • Refunds (if paid) will be issued in full

6. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items cannot be cancelled once ordered, such as:
